Yeah, that game was just nuts. Russ picked Kansas to win. I picked Mizzou (not really knowing much about either team, except that they were both good). I had no idea Missouri would DOMINATE almost the entire game. Wow-za!!! Periodically during play we would hear this odd hyenna-like sound coming from outside. Sophie asked my dad, “Is that a wolf, Fafa?” I told her, “No honey, that’s just Travis and Emily down the road.”
I know you guys had to just be going nuts (at least half of the household, anyway).
Congrats!! Now win the Big 12 Championship on Saturday and don’t let stinkin’ (snoozefest) Ohio State play for the National Championship.
Sorry I didn’t get to meet Emily while we were home. I was taking a big ‘ole nap when Walt and Annie were visiting with you guys. Maybe at Christmas?
